No. 303, Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, for $440,000, exclusive of closing costs and expenses; and
3. ADOPTION of Resolution 24-54 to authorize the acquisition of a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at the Keonekai Villages condominium project, consisting of 625 square feet, located at 160 Keonekai Road, Unit 13-101, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, for $625,000, exclusive of closing costs and expenses.
