Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation from the Department of Water Supply on regional consolidation and integration of public and private water systems on Maui and Molokai.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from the Department of Water Supply on regional consolidation and integration of public and private water systems on Maui and Molokai as it relates to public-private partnerships, interties between water systems, and water quality standards. The Committee may discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
