SUSTAINABLE LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT  (ADEPT-1(25))

 

Description

Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee may receive presentations and discuss matters relating to sustainable landscape management.

 

Status

The Committee may receive presentations and discuss matters relating to pesticide and fertilizer use on County property, the benefits of reef-friendly landscaping, and the impacts of gas-powered lawn and garden equipment and the potential benefits of transitioning to electric equipment.  The Committee may also discuss other related matters.  No legislative action will be taken.
