RESOLUTION 25-189, APPOINTING BYRON ZACH HANSEL TO THE URBAN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD (GREAT-2(6))
Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 25-189, entitled “APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER TO THE URBAN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI.” Resolution 25-189’s purpose is to consider the nominee listed on Exhibit “A,” approve the person listed on Exhibit “B” as a member to the Urban Design Review Board for a term expiring March 31, 2028, and disapprove the person listed on Exhibit “C.” The nominee to the Urban Design Review Board is Byron Zach Hansel (Landscape Architect).
2. Correspondence dated and received on October 13, 2025, from the Mayor, transmitting an application for the nominee.
Status
The Committee must approve or disapprove the nomination by November 12, 2025, or the nomination will be deemed approved. The Committee may receive a presentation from the Office of the Mayor and interview the nominee. The Committee may also discuss Resolution 25-189 and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
