The Committee is in receipt of Bill 118 (2025), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 2.39, MAUI COUNTY CODE, ON THE COMMISSION ON CHILDREN AND YOUTH.” Bill 118’s purpose is to disband the Commission on Children and Youth.
