ADOPTION of Resolution 25-153, to approve for inclusion in the 2026 Hawai'i State Association of Counties Legislative Package a proposed State bill to: 1) create a new Hawai'i Revised Statutes chapter for Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, an interstate compact to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person practice of psychology across state boundaries; and 2) authorize the state-to-state practice of qualifying psychologists and help reduce regulatory barriers by allowing more psychologists to practice in the state, thus improving access to essential mental health care; and 2. 1.                     ADOPTION of Resolution 25-153, to approve for inclusion in the 2026 Hawai‘i State Association of Counties Legislative Package a proposed State bill to:  1) create a new Hawai‘i Revised Statutes chapter for Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, an interstate compact to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person practice of psychology across state boundaries; and 2) authorize the state-to-state practice of qualifying psychologists and help reduce regulatory barriers by allowing more psychologists to practice in the state, thus improving access to essential mental health care; and
