Description

The Committee is in receipt of Bill 131 (2025), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE ZONING FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO B-2 COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT (CONDITIONAL ZONING) FOR 14,467 SQUARE FEET AT 1448 FRONT STREET, LAHAINA, HAWAI‘I, TAX MAP KEY (2) 4-5-013:012.”  Bill 131’s purpose is to grant a Change in Zoning from R-1 Residential District to B-2 Community Business District for 14,467 square feet located at 1448 Front Street, Lahaina, Hawai‘i, to establish parking structure or lot uses on the property.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 131 (2025) on first reading, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 131 (2025) and other related action.
