LAPSED AFFORDABLE HOUSING FUND PROJECTS (BFED-20(7))
Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss Fiscal Year 2024 Affordable Housing Fund projects for which funding lapsed, including Kuikahi Village Workforce Housing, a feasibility analysis and planning for affordable housing on a County-owned parcel in Waikapū, a master plan and feasibility study for 5th Street on Lānaʻi, the Haggai Institute, and Hale O Piʻikea II.
Status
The Committee may discuss FY 2024 Affordable Housing Fund projects for which funding lapsed and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
