Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to conduct an operational and budgetary review of the East Maui Water Authority.
Status
The Committee may receive a status update from the East Maui Water Authority relating to an operational and budgetary review of the Authority’s Fiscal Year 2026 Budget. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
