Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss matters relating to a proposed authorization for proceedings in condemnation by eminent domain for the acquisition of real property interests known as Lot 1-B of the Central Maui Sanitary Landfill Subdivision on Pulehu Road, Pu‘unēnē, Maui, Hawai‘i, for Phase VI of the Central Maui Landfill expansion operations.
Status
The Committee may receive presentations and discuss matters relating to the proposed authorization for proceedings in condemnation by eminent domain for the acquisition of real property interests known as Lot 1-B of the Central Maui Sanitary Landfill Subdivision on Pulehu Road, Pu‘unēnē, Maui, Hawai‘i, for Phase VI of the Central Maui Landfill expansion operations and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
