RESOLUTION 25-50, APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF JONATHAN LIKEKE SCHEUER TO THE EAST MAUI REGIONAL COMMUNITY BOARD

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 25-50, entitled “APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF JONATHAN LIKEKE SCHEUER TO THE EAST MAUI REGIONAL COMMUNITY BOARD.”  Resolution 25-50’s purpose is to approve the appointment of Jonathan Likeke Scheuer to the East Maui Regional Community Board as the Hawaiian Homes Commission’s representative for a term expiring on March 31, 2030, in accordance with Section 8-19.2(1) of the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, and Section 2.60.040, Maui County Code.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 25-50 to approve the appointment, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider whether to revise Resolution 25-50 to disapprove the appointment, and other related action.
