Title: "A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5394, BILL NO. 71, CD1, FD2 (2022), RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF THE COUNTY OF MAUI ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF SAID BONDS (DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION)" The purpose of this bill is to amend Ordinance No. 5394, Bill No. 71, CD1, FD2 (2022), by increasing the appropriation for the Department of Parks and Recreation, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, Parks and Recreation, War Memorial Gym Building Improvements by $3,350,000 for a total bond principal amount not to exceed $164,748,838.
