RESOLUTION 23-36, REFERRING TO THE LĀNA‛I, MAUI, AND MOLOKA‛I PLANNING COMMISSIONS A PROPOSED BILL RELATED TO FARM DWELLINGS  (ADEPT-2)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 23-36, entitled “REFERRING TO THE LĀNAʻI, MAUI, AND MOLOKAʻI PLANNING COMMISSIONS A PROPOSED BILL RELATED TO FARM DWELLINGS.”  Resolution 23-36’s purpose is to transmit to the Lāna‘i, Maui, and Molokaʻi Planning Commissions a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19.30A.050(B), MAUI COUNTY CODE, ESTABLISHING ACCESSORY USES IN THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT.”  The purpose of the proposed bill is to increase the maximum developable area of one of the farm dwellings on a lot in the Agricultural District from one thousand square feet to one thousand five hundred square feet.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-36, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 23-36 and other related action.
