Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to conduct an operational and budgetary review of the Department of Environmental Management, excluding the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Division.
Status
The Committee may receive a status update from the Department of Environmental Management relating to an operational and budgetary review of the Department’s Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, excluding the Environmental Protection and Sustainability Division. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
