SCHEDULING A LIMITED MEETING ON KAHO‘OLAWE ON REVIVING THE NĀULU CLOUD BRIDGE (ADEPT-1(11)(a))
Description
The Committee may deliberate and vote on whether it is necessary to conduct a limited meeting on Kahoʻolawe under Section 92-3.1(a), Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes, to discuss reviving the Nāulu Cloud Bridge and other related matters.
Status
To conduct a limited meeting, the Committee must find by a two-thirds vote that the limited meeting is necessary and the location is dangerous to the health or safety of the public or that an onsite inspection is necessary and public attendance is impracticable. The Committee may also consider requesting a waiver of the video recording requirement.
