Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss matters relating to property acquisition in West Maui, including Bill 69 (2025) to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget to transfer $100,000 from the Office of the Mayor for due diligence on properties in Maʻalaea to the Department of Management for assistance with property acquisition in West Maui. Bill 69 (2025) has passed first reading and remains with the Council for consideration of passage on second and final reading.

The Committee may discuss property acquisition in West Maui and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
