BILL 39 (2025), RELATING TO FIRE HAZARD REMOVAL  (DRIP-10)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Bill 39 (2025), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.68.030, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO FIRE HAZARD REMOVAL.”  Bill 39’s purpose is to amend Subsection 3.68.030(A), Maui County Code, to update an obsolete Fire Code reference for civil fines.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 39 (2025) on first reading, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 39 (2025) and other related action.
