Description
The Committee is in receipt of the following:
1. Resolution 23-110, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NO. 4076201 OF DAVID WILLIAMS.” Resolution 23-110’s purpose is to authorize settlement of the claim, filed on April 4, 2022, in the amount of $29,046.04. The claim alleges damages to the claimant’s property located at 3274 Waileia Place, Kihei, Maui, Hawai‘i, resulting from flooding due to blockage of a drainage gulch.
2. Correspondence dated March 13, 2023, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, with a copy of the claim.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-110, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 23-110 and other related action.
