BILL 10 (2026), AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 BUDGET: INCREASE ESTIMATED REVENUES, CARRYOVER/SAVINGS, GENERAL FUND; DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PROGRAM, CATEGORY B - OPERATIONS & EQUIPMENT  (BFED-15)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following: 

1.                     Bill 10 (2026), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 BUDGET, INCREASING ESTIMATED REVENUES, CARRYOVER/SAVINGS, GENERAL FUND, BY $3,000,000, DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (ITS) PROGRAM, INCREASE CATEGORY B - OPERATIONS & EQUIPMENT BY $3,000,000.”  Bill 10’s purpose is to amend the Fiscal Year 2026 Budget by:

a.                     Amending Section 2, Estimated Revenues, by increasing General Fund Carryover/Savings by $3,000,000;

b.                     Amending Section 3.B.11.b, Department of Management, Information Technology Services (ITS) Program, by increasing the appropriation for Category B - Operations & Equipment by $3,000,000; and

c.                     Adjusting the totals accordingly. 

2.                     A Certification of Additional Revenues for Fiscal Year 2026, dated January 13, 2026, for $3,000,000 in Carryover/Savings from the General Fund.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 10 (2026) on first reading, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 10 (2026) and other related action.
