APPOINTMENTS TO BOARDS, COMMITTEES, AND COMMISSIONS (RESOLUTION 24-109, VARIOUS) (GREAT-2(23))
Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 24-109, entitled “APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF ETHICS, BOARD OF WATER SUPPLY, CONSERVATION PLANNING COMMITTEE COST OF GOVERNMENT COMMISSION, COUNCIL ON AGING, FIRE AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION, LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION, MAUI COUNTY CULTURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION, MAUI PLANNING COMMISSION, MAUI REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, MOLOKAI PLANNING COMMISSION, PAIA-HAIKU ADVISORY COMMITTEE, SOUTH MAUI ADVISORY COMMITTEE, PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSION, AND URBAN DESIGN REVIEW BOARD.” Resolution 24-109’s purpose is to consider the nominees listed in Exhibit “A” to move to Exhibit “B” for approval or Exhibit “C” for disapproval, approve the nominees listed in Exhibit “B,” disapprove the nominees listed in Exhibit “C,” and urge the Mayor to consider the applicants listed in Exhibit “D” as replacement nominees for any disapproved nominees to various boards, committees, and commissions.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 24-109, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 24-109 and other related action.
