Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 26-131, entitled “AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL COUNSEL ES&A, INC., A LAW CORPORATION, IN CHELSIE EVANS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF TRE’ PU‘UWAILA‘AHIAOLOPAKAAMELEHUANANI EVANS-DUMARAN, DECEASED, V. SCOTT MARTIN, CIVIL 2CCV-24-0000034, UNDER CHARTER SECTION 3-6(6).” Resolution 26-131’s purpose is to authorize an increase of $250,000, for a total compensation not exceeding $450,000, for the employment of special counsel ES&A, Inc., A Law Corporation, for the representation of Scott Martin in this case.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 26-131, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 26-131 and other related action.
