Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation from the Maui Bicycling League relating to electric bicycle safety.
Status
The Committee may discuss electric bicycle safety matters with the Maui Bicycling League and the Department of Police. The Committee’s discussion may involve potential legislation to ensure safer operations of electric bicycles. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
