Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     Miscellaneous Communication, dated November 3, 2017, from the County Clerk, referring Grant G4551, between the County and Fabmac Homes, Inc. for the Fabmac Affordable Housing Project (Ordinance 4456).

2.                     Miscellaneous Communication, dated September 7, 2018, from the County Clerk, referring Grant G4551-1 between the County and Fabmac Homes, Inc., for the Fabmac Affordable Housing Project (Ordinance 4456).

 

Status

The Committee may receive a status update on the Fabmac Affordable Housing Project.  The Committee may also consider the filing of the Miscellaneous Communications and other related action.
