Title

BILL 110 (2025), ON REAL PROPERTY DEDICATED AS ʻĀINA KŪPUNA  (RPTR-2)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Bill 110 (2025), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.48.361, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO REAL PROPERTY DEDICATED AS ʻĀINA KŪPUNA.”  Bill 110’s purpose is to amend Section 3.48.361, Maui County Code, to limit eligibility for real property tax relief available under the ʻĀina Kūpuna program to properties that qualify as of January 1, 2026.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 110 (2025) on first reading, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 110 (2025) and other related action.
