Description
The Committee is in receipt of Bill 37 (2024), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, APPENDIX C, DEPARTMENT OF FIRE AND PUBLIC SAFETY, WAILUKU-KAHULUI COMMUNITY PLAN AREA.” Bill 37’s purpose is to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, Appendix C - Capital Improvement Projects, Department of Fire and Public Safety, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan, by revising the project description for Administration Building Acquisition by deleting “Site selection and land acquisition to construct” and inserting in its place “Planning and conceptual drawings for.”
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 37 (2024) on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 37 (2024) and other related action.
