2025 ANNUAL GENERAL PLAN IMPLEMENTATION REPORT (DRIP-9(10))
Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation from the Department of Planning on the 2025 Annual General Plan Implementation Report transmitted as County Communication 23-26, in accordance with Section 8-8.5 of the Revised Charter of the County of Maui (1983), as amended, and Subsection 2.80B.030(I), Maui County Code.
Status
The Committee may discuss matters relating to the 2025 Annual General Plan Implementation Report with the Department of Planning. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
