ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT, SINGLE AUDIT REPORT, AND DEPARTMENT OF WATER SUPPLY’S FINANCIAL AUDIT REPORTS (BFED-21(25))
Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss matters relating to the following documents submitted by N&K CPAs, Inc., the County’s contractor:
1. The County of Maui Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (“ACFR”) for Fiscal Year (“FY”) ended June 30, 2023;
2. The County of Maui Single Audit Reports for FY ended June 30, 2023; and
3. The Department of Water Supply Financial Statements and Supplementary Information with Independent Auditor’s Reports for FYs ended June 30, 2023 and 2022.
Status
The Committee may discuss the County’s ACFR for FY 2023, the County’s Single Audit Reports for FY 2023, and the Department of Water Supply Financial Statements and Supplementary Information with Independent Auditor’s Reports for FYs 2022 and 2023. The Committee may discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
