FIRE PREVENTION (DRIP-2(10))
Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss matters relating to fire prevention.
Status
The Committee may discuss fire prevention generally, including federal, state, and county laws that regulate fire prevention and how those laws are enforced. The Committee may also discuss abandoned vehicle abatement, sanitary maintenance of structures and exterior property, and potential legislation to improve the County’s ability to prevent wildfires. The Committee may also discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
