Description
The Committee is in receipt of Bill 42, CD1 (2024), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DEFINITIONS OF “FARM” AND “FARM LABOR DWELLING” IN THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.” Bill 42, CD1’s (2024), purpose is to amend the definitions of “farm” and “farm labor dwelling” under Section 19.04.040, Maui County Code.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 42, CD1 (2024), on first reading, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 42, CD1 (2024), and other related action.
