Description
The Committee is in receipt of Bill 105 (2025), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, MAUI COUNTY CODE, ON ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS.” Bill 105’s purpose is to allow alternate members to fill mid-term vacancies on boards and commissions on an interim basis.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 105 (2025) on first reading, with or without further revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 105 (2025) and other related action.
