RESOLUTION 25-177, AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF STATE’S INTEREST IN ALULIKE-KAONOULU STREET REMNANT LOT AND ABANDONMENT OF THE LOT AS A COUNTY PUBLIC HIGHWAY (KĪHEI)  (WAI-15)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 25-177, entitled “AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII’S INTEREST, IF ANY, OF THE PARCEL REFERENCED AS THE ALULIKE-KAONOULU STREET REMNANT LOT, LOCATED IN KIHEI, MAUI, HAWAII, BY QUITCLAIM DEED, UNDER SECTION 3.44.015(D), MAUI COUNTY CODE AND ABANDONMENT OF SAME REMNANT LOT UNDER SECTION 264-1(e), HAWAII REVISED STATUTES.” Resolution 25-177’s purpose is to authorize the acceptance of the State’s interest in the Alulike-Kaonoulu Street remnant lot, comprised of 11,567 square feet, situated in Kīhei, Hawai‘i, and abandonment of the remnant lot as a County public highway.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 25-177, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 25-177 and other related action.
