Description
The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 26-68, entitled “REFERRING TO THE LĀNAʻI, MAUI, AND MOLOKAI PLANNING COMMISSIONS A PROPOSED BILL TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE ON NOTICE FOR AGRICULTURAL SUBDIVISIONS.” Resolution 26-68’s purpose is to refer to the planning commissions a bill to require the subdivider of an agricultural lot to provide notice to lessees of the lot or a portion of the lot of the subdivider's intent to subdivide.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 26-68, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 26-68 and other related action.
