RESOLUTION 23-100, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET  (BFED-22)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 23-100, entitled “AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF AN UNENCUMBERED APPROPRIATION BALANCE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, FISCAL YEAR 2023 BUDGET.”  Resolution 23-100’s purpose is to amend the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget, Department of Public Works, Road, Bridge, and Drainage Maintenance Program - Highway Fund, by transferring $300,000 from Category A (Salaries) to Category B (Operations and Equipment) to cover a projected $300,000 shortfall in electricity expense for streetlights.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-100, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider whether to recommend the filing of Resolution 23-100 and other related action.
