Description
The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 18-94, from the Director of Public Works, transmitting a proposed resolution entitled “AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ON COUNTY OF MAUI REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT HAIKU, MAUI, HAWAI‘I TO MISHNA ORION FOR PRIVATE UNDERGROUND WATERLINE PURPOSES.” The purpose of the proposed resolution is to authorize the granting of a non-exclusive easement for a private waterline, containing approximately 2,773 square feet, located along and through portions of Kaiapa Place and Kaupakalua Road, Haiku, Maui, Hawaii.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of the proposed resolution, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 18-94 and other related action.
