RESOLUTION 26-132, AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR SPECIAL COUNSEL KOBAYASHI SUGITA & GODA, LLP, IN CHRISTOPHER SALEM V. COUNTY OF MAUI, ET AL.; CIVIL 2CCV-21-0000048  (GREAT-11(34))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 26-132, entitled “AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR THE EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL COUNSEL KOBAYASHI SUGITA & GODA, LLP, IN CHRISTOPHER SALEM V. COUNTY OF MAUI, ET AL., CIVIL 2CCV-21-0000048, UNDER CHARTER SECTION 3-6(6).”  Resolution 26-132’s purpose is to authorize an increase of $75,000, for a total compensation not exceeding $1,000,000, for the employment of special counsel Kobayashi Sugita & Goda, LLP in this case.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 26-132, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 26-132 and other related action.

 

Note
