Recommending FIRST READING of Bill 124, CD1 (2024) to amend the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget by: 1) amending Section 2, Estimated Revenues, by increasing the Carryover/Savings from the General Fund by $865,000; 2) amending Section 3.B.11.a., Department of Management, Management Program, by increasing Category B - Operations and Equipment and Total appropriations by $590,000; 3) amending Section 4.C.2, Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, by adding a new appropriation for Other Projects, General Fund, entitled "Fitness Courts" in the amount of $275,000; 4) adjusting the totals accordingly; and 5) amending Appendix C - Capital Improvement Projects, Department of Management, Wailuku-Kahului Community Plan Area, by adding a new project and project description entitled "Fitness Courts" for the construction of fitness courts at the Kahului Community Center Park and Keopuolani Regional Park in the amount of $275,000.
