DIGITAL ZONING MAP FOR MOLOKA‘I  (PSLU-33)

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of County Communication 21-369, from the Planning Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE DIGITAL ZONING MAP AS THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE ISLAND OF MOLOKA‘I.”  The purpose of the proposed bill is to adopt the digital zoning map as the official zoning map for the Island of Moloka‘i.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 21-369 and other related action.
