RESOLUTION 25-191, SETTLEMENT AUTHORIZATION: ELAINE AND ROBERT BOGARD, CLAIM 4089446-1 (PROPERTY DAMAGE)  (GREAT-11(20))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of the following:

1.                     Resolution 25-191, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM 4089446-1 OF ELAINE BOGARD AND ROBERT BOGARD.” Resolution 25-191’s purpose is to approve settlement of the claim, filed on April 25, 2024, in the amount of $57,664.74. The claim alleges damage to the claimant’s property located at 276 Kaiola Place, #102, in Kīhei, Hawai‘i, resulting from flooding from a water main break occurring on or about February 8, 2024.

2.                     Correspondence dated October 9, 2025, from the Department of the Corporation Counsel, transmitting a copy of the claim.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 25-191, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 25-191 and other related action.

 

Note
