DISCUSSION ON BILL 184 (2024), AMENDING CHAPTER 3.36, MAUI COUNTY CODE, RELATING TO GRANTS  (BFED-21(32))

 

Description

Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to discuss matters relating to excepting Homeowner Programs Revolving Fund grants from the provisions of Chapter 3.36, Maui County Code, as described in Bill 184 (2024).  Bill 184 (2024) passed first reading at the Council’s meeting of December 6, 2024, and remains with the Council for consideration of passage on second and final reading.

 

Status

The Committee may discuss Bill 184 (2024) and other related matters.  No legislative action will be taken.
