Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive an update from the Department of Public Works, Office of Recovery, and representatives from 4LEAF Consulting Inc., on the County’s expedited permitting process for wildfire affected areas in Lahaina.

The Committee may discuss other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
