FIRST READING of Bill 151 (2025), to authorize the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement for a loan from the State of Hawai?i's Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, not to exceed $64,469,830, to finance Countywide Wildfire Disaster Relief Projects.
