SCOTT MARTIN, CIVIL 2CCV-24-0000034 (GREAT-11(4))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 25-52, entitled “AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION RELATED TO THE EMPLOYMENT OF SPECIAL COUNSEL ES&A, INC., A LAW CORPORATION, IN CHELSIE EVANS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF TRE’ PUʻUWAILAʻAHIAOLOPAKAAMELEHUANANI EVANS-DUMARAN, DECEASED, vs. SCOTT MARTIN, CIVIL 2CCV-24-0000034.”  Resolution 25-52’s purpose is to approve and authorize an increase in compensation for the employment of special counsel ES&A, Inc., A Law Corporation, for the representation of Scott Martin in this case by $150,000 for a total compensation not to exceed $200,000.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 25-52, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 25-52 and other related action.

 

Note
