FIRST READING of Bill 128, CD1 (2025), to amend the Fiscal Year 2026 general obligation bond authorization ordinance by adding the Department of Agriculture and a new appropriation under Makawao-Pukalani-Kula Community Plan Area, Other Projects, entitled "Kula Agricultural Park Phase I Expansion - Upcountry Ag Park," in the amount of $5,862,123.
