Description
Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation and discuss matters relating to a proposed intergovernmental agreement with the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation regarding a long-term ground lease of 175 East Lipoa Street, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, including a proposed bill to authorize the Mayor to enter into the intergovernmental agreement under Section 2.20.020, Maui County Code.
Status
The Committee may receive a presentation from the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation and discuss the proposed intergovernmental agreement with the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation regarding a long-term ground lease of 175 East Lipoa Street, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii, and other related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
