RESOLUTION 23-242, RELATING TO SETTLEMENT AUTHORIZATION:  VARIOUS 2023 WILDFIRE CLAIMS INVOLVING DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY (GREAT-11(36))

 

Description

The Committee is in receipt of Resolution 23-242, CD1, entitled “AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF VARIOUS 2023 WILDFIRE CLAIMS INVOLVING DEATH OR SERIOUS BODILY INJURY.”  Resolution 23-242, CD1’s purpose is to authorize settlement of various 2023 Wildfire Claims involving death or serious bodily injury, in the sum of $10,000,000.

 

Status

The Committee may consider whether to recommend adoption of Resolution 23-242, CD1, with or without revisions.  The Committee may also consider the filing of Resolution 23-242, CD1 and other related action.

 

Note
