Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a presentation from the Department of Planning on the modernization and rewrite of Maui County Code Title 19, on zoning.
Status
The Committee will receive a presentation from the Department of Planning on its Maui County Code Title 19 rewrite. The Committee may also discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
