AMENDING FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET: LIQUOR EDUCATION FUND (BF-73)
Description
The Committee is in receipt of a County Communication 17-314, from the Budget Director, transmitting a proposed bill entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI AS IT PERTAINS TO PART II, SPECIAL PURPOSE REVENUES - SCHEDULE OF REVOLVING/SPECIAL FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018, LIQUOR EDUCATION FUND.” The purpose of the proposed bill is to amend Appendix A, Part II, Special Purpose Revenues - Schedule of Revolving/Special Funds, Fiscal Year 2018 Budget relating to the Liquor Education Fund (Hawaii Revised Statutes 281-16, 281-17(2), and 281-17(3)), by adding an appropriation of $68,287 in disbursements for operations and services.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of the proposed bill on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of County Communication 17-314 and other related action.
