Description
The Committee is in receipt of Bill 97 (2026), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS ON THE DEVELOPMENT AND DEDICATION OF WAIOHULI WELLS.” Bill 97’s purpose is to authorize the Mayor to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands on the development and dedication of Waiohuli wells.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 97 (2026) on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 97 (2026) and other related action.
