Description
The Committee is in receipt of Bill 92 (2023), entitled “A BILL FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF MAUI, DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.” Bill 92’s purpose is to amend the Fiscal Year 2024 Budget by amending Section 3.B.9.a., Department of Management, Management Program, by increasing the equivalent personnel by 1.0, decreasing the appropriation under General - Category B (Operations and Equipment) by $40,000, increasing the appropriation for the Grant to Maui County Veterans Council by $40,000, and adjusting the totals accordingly.
Status
The Committee may consider whether to recommend passage of Bill 92 (2023) on first reading, with or without revisions. The Committee may also consider the filing of Bill 92 (2023) and other related action.
