Under Rule 7(B) of the Rules of the Council, the Committee intends to receive a case update regarding Chelsie Evans, Individually and as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Tre’ Puʻuwailaʻahiaolopakaamelehuanani Evans-Dumaran, Deceased, v. Scott Martin, Civil 2CCV-24-0000034.
Status
The Committee may receive an update from the Department of the Corporation Counsel and representatives of ES&A, Inc., A Law Corporation, on Chelsie Evans, Individually and as the Personal Representative of the Estate of Tre’ Puʻuwailaʻahiaolopakaamelehuanani Evans-Dumaran, Deceased, v. Scott Martin, Civil 2CCV-24-0000034. The Committee may also discuss related matters. No legislative action will be taken.
